The Journey with Jesus

Interestingly, we are all called to discipleship.

Matthew 4:19-20, “19 And He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.”[a] 20 Immediately they left their nets and followed Him.”

Mark 1:17- 18, “17 And Jesus said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you become fishers of men.”[a] 18 And immediately they left their nets and followed Him. ”

Luke 5:10-11, “And Jesus said to Simon, “Do not be afraid; from now on you will be catching men.”[a] 11 And when they had brought their boats to land, they left everything and followed Him.”

In translation, the Greek word anthropoi refers  to both men and women. The question then to ask is “What is discipleship? And how do I put it into practice on a daily basis?”

Take time each morning to join me on a journey to leave everything (our fears, anxiety, distractions, materialism, unhealthy relationships, worry, addictions, and selfish desires) to follow Him.
